Assess Before You Coat
Wood siding takes a beating in the mountain climate, and coating over damage doesn't fix it. A condition assessment identifies which boards are sound, which need surface repairs, and which — if any — should be replaced before any finish goes on.
Surface Repairs vs. Structural Work
Surface repairs like sanding, filling, and sealing are different from structural work behind the siding. We keep that distinction clear and flag anything structural that's outside our scope for the right trade.
Coordinate the Finish
Once agreed repairs are done, the finish is coordinated so repaired and existing areas blend and the whole elevation is protected consistently. Planning repairs and finish together is what gives a siding project a clean, unified result.
